We currently deliver a wide range of landlord, community regeneration and housing support services to more than 20,000 customers, building more than 300 new homes each year.
There is a vacancy for a fully time served Maintenance Plumber, NVQ level 3 or equivalent, to join the Property Services team to carry out maintenance and repairs in domestic properties owned across the region by NomadE5 Housing Association, Milecastle Housing and Castle Morpeth Housing. The successful candidate must hold the Gas Certificate CCN1 as a minimum and have experience of working in social housing on day-to-day repairs in occupied properties. The job holder will be required to participate in an on-call arrangement working one week in four (for which an additional payment will be paid). Applicants must be available for an immediate start. A full valid UK driving licence is essential.
