Reporting a repair
Report your repairs to us. We aim to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Your Responsibilities
Whilst living in a Milecastle property residents have a responsibility to:
- Pay their rent
- Maintain their garden to a reasonable level
- Not cause nuisance or harassment to neighbours
- Allow access to the property for repairs and gas servicing
- Vouch for the behaviour of visitors or people living in their home
- Give four weeks notice if they want to leave the property
