Paying Your RentAtrium

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to pay your rent. We offer many different ways of paying:

You can pay your rent by:

  • Direct Debit - our recommended method for safe and easy payment. To set up a Direct Debit please contact a housing officer on the telephone numbers below with your bank account number and sort code and we will do the rest.
  • AllPay - at outlets with the Paypoint logo the paypoint logo
  • At the Hexham, Haltwhistle or Prudhoe Area Office
  • At the post office
  • The internet via www.allpayments.net Opens in a new window
  • Debit card by telephone - Telephone number 0844 5578321(please have your AllPay card with you as you will need the account number)
  • Bank or building society - Standing Order
  • Direct Debit
  • Direct payments of housing benefit.
  • By post via cheque including your name and address

Note: There is an anomaly on Northumberland County Council's website that allows some Milecastle residents to pay over the Internet. Please do not use this payment method as there may be long delays in us receiving your payment.
