Report your repairs to us. We aim to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Your Housing Officer
Your area housing officer can help you with any issues regarding your tenancy. These would include queries regarding anti-social behaviour, neighbourhood disputes, grounds maintenance and estate management. They can also advise you if you wish to transfer, terminate or add somebody else to your tenancy.

Milecastle's Housing Services is split into two teams:
The West Team are based at our Hexham office.
The East Team are based at our Prudhoe office.
