Reporting a repair
Report your repairs to us. We aim to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Your Tenancy
At the start of your tenancy, you will have signed a tenancy agreement. This agreement is a contract between us (Milecastle Housing Ltd) and you. This agreement identifies your rights and responsibilities, as well as ours.
We want you to have the quiet enjoyment of your home, but we know that sometimes things can happen and you may need to contact us to discuss a tenancy issue. Ending your tenancy
If you want to end your tenancy you can do this at any time by giving four weeks' notice by completing a Termination Form Opens in a new window. You must hand all your keys in to your area office by 12 noon on a Monday. For further information contact your area Housing Officer.
