Reporting a repair
Report your repairs to us. We aim to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Why get involved?
Because we need you! You are important to how we deliver and develop our service, and we are committed to involving you in our decision-making.
We are committed to the genuine involvement of residents in:
- shaping the day-to-day delivery of services
- the ongoing review of policies and strategies
- our governance
- the development of new homes and services
- regeneration
You all have different needs, which is why we need residents across all communities and age ranges to get involved.
Can I be involved?
Yes! It's up to you how much time you want to give. You can be involved from your armchair at home or by attending meetings with other residents.
We have developed a whole range of interesting, exciting and rewarding ways that enable you to shape our services.
Choose a link from the top left of this page to find out more about the activities on offer.
It costs you nothing
We help our residents to be involved by paying out-of-pocket expenses such as:
- childcare
- transport
- mileage
Resident involvement strategy
The strategy was developed following consultation with all our residents.

What's happening?
If you are concerned about how we manage your home and estate, community issues in your area, a modernisation or new-build scheme, come along to one of our Resident Forum Groups.
Alternatively why not join our Hot 100 panel, which we consult around four times a year via the post or email.
