We take customer satisfaction very seriously! We want our customers to be happy with the heating service that we provide.

We send a survey out to all our residents who have had a heating service completed during the previous month. The survey asks how the customer found the service, were our staff friendly, did they take care to protect your home, and how they rate the overall service. If there are any outstanding issues we will deal with them straight away and use the comments made to improve our service.

We ask our customers to rate our service between 1 and 10 (with 1 being the lowest and 10 the highest).
