Northumberland Homefinder - A new way to find a home to rent in Northumberland
A new Northumberlandwide housing service has been launched called Northumberland Homefinder, allowing customers to place bids on empty properties in the Northumberland area. This means only one application form needs to be completed for the majority of affordable housing across the Northumberland region.

Homefinder application form Opens in a new window Use this form even if you are a Milecastle resident and wish to transfer to another Milecastle property.
List of Milecastle properties Opens in a new window Medical self-assessment form Opens in a new window If you or a member of your family have health or disability problems that are affected by your current home and could be improved by moving to another home, complete this form and submit it with your Homefinder application form.
If you have already registered your application and received your application number and password, you can bid on any empty property in Northumberland that you are eligible for using the Northumberland Homefinder website. Opens in a new window
