"When I first joined the company I had very little experience in this particular part of the housing sector. Someone took a chance on me and I was given the opportunity to show what I could do. Everyone was very helpful and supportive which still continues today and having been with the company for almost 10 years now I find I can return the support, which is satisfying. Although the company has grown considerably in those years everyone knows everyone else and there is still a family culture, especially with immediate colleagues. I am not saying everything goes smoothly all the time but I know I have people I can rely on. On a personal note I have been give the opportunity to expand my knowledge in other areas within the Isos Group and carry out community work in work time. Having flexitime is a bonus because of my family commitments. My job is very varied and I can never be sure what might crop up in the course of the day, which makes it interesting."
